Holy cow! Literally… that’s how I felt. I am a person who loves being active and typically I keep myself in great shape. Being physically fit helped me have more energy, engage in more activities, feel happier, and generally be a more enjoyable person to being around. I transitioned into a job that involves more sitting than I have ever done before, and it impacted me far more than I realized it would. It shined a bright light on how I may have taken my active lifestyle for granted. I understand many people do not have the opportunity to be active at work, and I now have experienced a bit of what comes along with being mostly sedentary…
